Home or real estate buying and selling can be nerve racking. Let me relieve some of the stress by inspecting the systems in the home you're buying and selling.
A Closer Look, LLC provides a professional, thorough, friendly inspection experience that is reasonably priced.
How long does it take?
It takes two and a half to three hours for a thorough visual inspection including on-site report creation, printing and emailing.
Data is collected on a laptop with cutting edge reporting software. You need not be present during the inspection but it is recommended that you attend the on-site review afterward. The review typically takes about 30 - 45 minutes.
An eReport is also included and will be emailed to anyone you desire.

I have partnered with the top radon testing and termite inspection companies so you can also schedule a Radon test or termite inspection during the home inspection. Just let me know when you set your home inspection appointment. A separate check will need to be written for each service.
If we inspect both the home you are selling, and the home you are buying, you will receive a $50 discount on the second inspection.
