Know What You're Buying -  A Closer Look, LLC provides a detailed (up to) 500 point home inspection report that is broken into 13 sections and 140 sub-sections.  After reviewing the report with you on site, you will feel confident that you know what you’re buying.

Know What You're Selling - If your seller's disclosure statement is inaccurate or incomplete, the buyer may request you to pay for costly repairs.  However, if you get a home inspection before negotiations begin, you can make necessary repairs or more accurately disclose issues about the home.  The sale will go smoother because you know what you're selling.
